25 restaurants in this index are rated measurably higher by visitors than by residents — 5 of them far enough to clear the Trap Alert threshold. Below, each one is paired with restaurants in the same district whose gap runs further in the locals' favour, with the walking distance between them.

Two things this page is not saying. It is not saying the tilted restaurants are bad — several have local scores above 4.0, and a high tourist rating is not a crime. And it is not saying the alternatives are better cooking. It is saying the local consensus is more enthusiastic about them, and that on a short trip that is the more useful signal.

Alternatives are chosen mechanically: same district, gap at least 0.05 narrower, within 1.5 km straight-line, sorted by the widest local lean and then by proximity.
